Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.

  3. Gradually add the whole wheat flour, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 6-8 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
  6. Punch down the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes before rolling it out.
  7. Shape into your desired pizza crust, add toppings, and bake at 475°F (245°C) for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
