Description

This White Hot Chocolate is rich, creamy, and sweet with a smooth vanilla flavor. It’s a delicious twist on the classic hot chocolate, made with real white chocolate and milk. Perfect for winter nights, holiday gatherings, or whenever you need a warm, comforting drink.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups whole milk

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

  • White chocolate shavings or sprinkles (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk and heavy cream.

  2. Heat until hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally.

  3. Add the white chocolate chips and stir until completely melted and smooth.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

  5. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and white chocolate shavings, if desired.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter version.

  • For a dairy-free option, substitute with almond milk or oat milk and use dairy-free white chocolate.

  • Add a drop of peppermint extract or a candy cane for a holiday twist.
