- 1 pre-made pizza crust or homemade dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stir continuously until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Spread the white garlic sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
- Top with chopped cooked chicken and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle with oregano and a pinch of black pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, slice, and serve hot.
