Description

A delicious homemade pizza topped with tender white garlic chicken, creamy white sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Perfect for a flavorful dinner or pizza night.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust or homemade dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stir continuously until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  4. Spread the white garlic sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
  5. Top with chopped cooked chicken and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with oregano and a pinch of black pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, slice, and serve hot.
