Description

A creamy, tangy Mediterranean dip made with feta cheese, cream cheese or Greek yogurt, and fresh herbs. Perfect with pita, crackers, or veggies.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz block or crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 23 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 12 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (such as dill or parsley), chopped
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes, optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the feta cheese and cream cheese (or Greek yogurt) to a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the mixture starts to come together.
  3. Add olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice, then blend until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Taste and season with freshly cracked black pepper.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with extra olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs and red pepper flakes, if using.
  7. Serve with warm pita, crackers, or fresh veggies.
