Description

- 8 oz block or crumbled feta cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2–3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1–2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (such as dill or parsley), chopped
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- Red pepper flakes, optional for garnish
Instructions
- Add the feta cheese and cream cheese (or Greek yogurt) to a food processor.
- Pulse until the mixture starts to come together.
- Add olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice, then blend until smooth and fluffy.
- Taste and season with freshly cracked black pepper.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with extra olive oil.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs and red pepper flakes, if using.
- Serve with warm pita, crackers, or fresh veggies.
