Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and milk until combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
  7. Scoop small portions of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon for a more traditional wafer shape.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
  10. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
