Ingredients

8 slices deli turkey breast (or leftover cooked turkey slices)

2 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or boxed)

1 cup turkey gravy (plus extra for serving)

1 tablespoon butter (for greasing dish)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish with butter.

Lay each slice of turkey flat on a clean surface. Place about 1/4 cup of stuffing onto one end of each slice, then roll it up tightly.

Place each roll seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.

Pour 1 cup of turkey gravy evenly over the top of the roll ups.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20–25 minutes, until heated through and bubbling.

Remove from the oven, uncover, and let rest for 5 minutes. Spoon extra warm gravy over the top before serving.

Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and enjoy!
