Description
A bright, refreshing smoothie packed with sweet tropical fruits like pineapple, mango, and banana blended into a creamy, energizing drink — it’s like a mini vacation in a glass!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup yogurt (Greek or regular, dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup orange juice or coconut water
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)
- Shredded coconut or fresh fruit for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add frozen pineapple, frozen mango, banana, yogurt, and orange juice (or coconut water) to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if you’d like it thicker and frostier.
- Taste and add honey or agave syrup for extra sweetness if desired.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with shredded coconut or fresh fruit if you’d like.
Notes
- Use coconut milk instead of yogurt for a dairy-free version.
- Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrients — the tropical flavor will still shine through.
- Blend in protein powder for a filling breakfast smoothie.
- Top with granola to turn it into a smoothie bowl.
