Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rainbow sprinkles (jimmies)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in rainbow sprinkles evenly throughout the dough.
  7. Scoop dough into large mounds (about 2 tablespoons each) and place on baking sheets, spaced 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set and centers look slightly underbaked.
  9. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
