Ingredients

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in peanut butter until combined.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
  8. Scoop large mounds of dough onto prepared sheet, spacing a few inches apart.
  9. Bake 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are slightly underbaked.
  10. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
