- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 3/4 cups cold milk
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for whipped cream)
- Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or springform pan.
- Mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the dish to form the crust. Bake for 8 minutes, then cool.
- To make the brownie layer, melt 1/2 cup butter and mix with sugar, eggs, cocoa, flour, salt, and vanilla. Spread over the cooled crust.
- Bake the brownie layer for 20–22 minutes, or until set. Cool completely.

- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread over the pudding layer.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips if desired. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Crust can be made ahead and frozen for convenience.
- Let each layer cool completely before adding the next for clean layers.
- Use homemade whipped cream for best flavor and texture.
