2 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Add melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.

Mix in the flour and baking soda until a soft dough forms.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Let cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
