Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and celery; cook until softened, about 10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, parsley, sage, thyme, and rosemary.
- Whisk eggs and broth together, then pour over bread mixture, stirring gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to prepared baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes, until top is golden brown.
