Texas Trash Dip is a warm, cheesy, and super satisfying bean dip loaded with cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, and plenty of melted cheese. It’s the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer for game days, parties, or any gathering. Serve it with tortilla chips and watch it disappear!
Ingredients

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

2 (16 oz) cans refried beans

1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning

1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies (optional)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Sliced green onions or chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Mix in the refried beans and taco seasoning until fully combined.

Stir in green chilies if using.

Spread the mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses evenly on top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
