For the Teriyaki Sauce:
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Teriyaki Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, cornstarch, water, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Cook the Turkey: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok. Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.
- Stir Fry Vegetables: In the same skillet, cook broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots until tender-crisp. Return turkey to the pan.
- Add Sauce: Pour the teriyaki sauce over the meat and vegetables. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve: Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
