Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 (12 oz) bag frozen mixed vegetables

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.

Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, mixed vegetables, salt, and pepper.

Pour the mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.

Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the top.

Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes, until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.

If using cheese, sprinkle on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.

Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
