- 1 pre-baked pizza crust
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced red onions (optional)
- 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
- Sour cream (for topping)
- Salsa (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spread refried beans evenly over the pre-baked pizza crust.
- Top with seasoned beef, then sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
- Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, olives, red onions, and crushed tortilla chips.
- Drizzle with sour cream and salsa if desired.
- Slice and serve immediately.
