- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 package (14.4 oz) graham crackers
- Extra berries and mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Berries Mixture: In a small bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, lemon juice, and sugar if using. Toss gently and set aside.
- Cream Mixture: In a large bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese until fully combined.
- Assembly: Spread a thin layer of the cream mixture on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Layer graham crackers over the cream, breaking them as needed to fit. Spread a third of the cream mixture over the graham crackers, then top with a third of the berry mixture. Repeat the layers two more times, ending with the cream and a few berries on top.
- Chilling: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set. Garnish with extra berries and mint before serving if desired.
