Description

Sweet, bite-sized truffles made from soft sugar cookies blended with cream cheese and dipped in smooth chocolate. An easy, no-bake treat perfect for gifting, parties, or whenever you need a little sweet bite!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crumbled sugar cookies (about 1214 cookies, homemade or store-bought)
  • 4 oz (1/2 block) cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate or almond bark, for coating
  • Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse sugar cookies until fine crumbs form.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and pulse or mix until a dough-like mixture holds together.
  3. Scoop out small portions and roll into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for about 20 minutes to firm up.
  5. Meanwhile, melt white chocolate or almond bark according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
  7. Place dipped truffles back onto the parchment-lined sheet and top with sprinkles before coating sets.
  8. Refrigerate until chocolate is fully set.
