These homemade strawberry popsicles are a healthy and refreshing treat for kids, made with real fruit and natural sweeteners.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water (optional, to thin mixture if needed)
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey or maple syrup.
- Blend until smooth. Add a little water if the mixture is too thick.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.
Notes
- You can substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.
- Adjust sweetness according to your preference or the ripeness of the strawberries.
- Add a few whole berry chunks before freezing for texture.
