Description

These homemade strawberry popsicles are a healthy and refreshing treat for kids, made with real fruit and natural sweeteners.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water (optional, to thin mixture if needed)

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey or maple syrup.
  3. Blend until smooth. Add a little water if the mixture is too thick.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes

  • You can substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.
  • Adjust sweetness according to your preference or the ripeness of the strawberries.
  • Add a few whole berry chunks before freezing for texture.
