Description

These homemade strawberry popsicles are a refreshing and healthy treat perfect for kids. Made with real strawberries and a touch of honey, they’re naturally sweet, fun to eat, and great for hot summer days.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine strawberries, honey, yogurt, water, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
  5. To release the popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.

Notes

  • Use ripe strawberries for the best natural sweetness.
  • You can substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.
  • Add a few chunks of whole strawberries for texture if desired.
