Description

These Strawberry Kiss Cookies are soft, chewy, and bursting with sweet strawberry flavor. Made with just a few simple ingredients, including strawberry cake mix and topped with a milk chocolate Hershey’s Kiss, they’re the perfect treat for Valentine’s Day, baby showers, or anytime you’re craving something sweet and fruity.


Ingredients

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 24 Hershey’s Kisses (milk chocolate or your favorite variety)

  • Optional: powdered sugar for rolling


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and a soft dough forms.

  • (Optional) Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and then roll each in powdered sugar for a crinkle effect.

  • Place dough balls about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cookies are set but still soft in the center.

  • Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie while they’re still warm.

 

  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.


Notes

  • Chill the dough for 20 minutes if it’s too sticky to handle.

  • You can use different flavors of Kisses like white chocolate or strawberry-filled for a twist.

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
