Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare the pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Make the brownie batter: Whisk melted butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla, then mix in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Pour into pan and bake.
- Prepare the strawberry frosting: Beat butter, add powdered sugar, strawberry powder, milk, and vanilla. Mix until fluffy, adding more milk if needed. Add food coloring if desired.
