Description

A refreshing, slushy cocktail made with frozen rosé wine, strawberries, and a touch of citrus and sweetness. Perfect for hot summer days or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle rosé wine
  • 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Simple syrup, to taste
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Pour the rosé into a shallow container and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
  2. Hull the strawberries and slice them if using fresh ones.
  3. In a blender, combine the frozen rosé, strawberries, lemon juice, sugar, and ice.
  4. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness with simple syrup if needed.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use watermelon or raspberries instead of strawberries for a different flavor twist.
  • Add a splash of vodka for a stronger version.
  • Honey or agave can be used instead of granulated sugar for natural sweetness.
  • Blend with mint leaves for an herbal touch.
