Instructions
- Pour the rosé into a shallow container and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
- Hull the strawberries and slice them if using fresh ones.
- In a blender, combine the frozen rosé, strawberries, lemon juice, sugar, and ice.
- Blend until smooth and slushy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with simple syrup if needed.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
