Description

This light and creamy Strawberry Fluff is the perfect no-bake dessert or side dish for summer potlucks, holidays, or anytime you need something quick and sweet. Made with just a handful of ingredients like strawberry Jell-O, whipped topping, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows, it’s fruity, fluffy, and always a crowd favorite.


Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz) box strawberry Jell-O

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 1/2 cup cold water

  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese (optional for creaminess)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.

  2. Add the cold water and stir to combine. Let it cool slightly (about 10–15 minutes).

  3. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.

  4. Add the crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, chopped strawberries, and cottage cheese (if using). Stir everything together until well mixed.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set and fluffy.

  6. Give it a gentle stir before serving. Enjoy chilled!


Notes

  • You can swap the cottage cheese for cream cheese if you want a thicker, cheesecake-like texture.
