Description

A delicious and creamy strawberry cream cheese pie made with a graham cracker crust, sweet cream cheese filling, and topped with fresh strawberries and glaze.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1/2 cup strawberry glaze (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the filling is set.
  6. Top the chilled pie with fresh strawberries, arranging them cut-side down.
  7. Spoon or brush the strawberry glaze over the strawberries.
  8. Chill for another 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
