- 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/2 cup strawberry glaze (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese filling evenly into the graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the filling is set.
- Top the chilled pie with fresh strawberries, arranging them cut-side down.
- Spoon or brush the strawberry glaze over the strawberries.
- Chill for another 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, allow the pie to chill overnight.
- You can use a homemade graham cracker crust if preferred.
