A sweet and savory twist on classic bruschetta, this Strawberry Bruschetta Chicken features juicy grilled chicken topped with a fresh strawberry-basil mixture, making it a refreshing and flavorful dish perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
