Instructions
- Peel the banana and wash the strawberries, removing their stems.
- Place the banana, strawberries, Greek yogurt, and milk into a blender.
- Add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
- If using fresh fruit, add ice cubes to chill and thicken the smoothie.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
