Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, diced avocado, corn kernels, red onion, and chopped cilantro.
- Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
- Gently toss the salad to mix, being careful not to mash the avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
