Description

A refreshing and colorful salad combining sweet strawberries, creamy avocado, and crisp corn, perfect for summer meals or picnics.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups corn kernels (fresh or grilled)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, diced avocado, corn kernels, red onion, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
  3. Gently toss the salad to mix, being careful not to mash the avocado.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
