Description

Star Spangled Kielbasa Bites are festive, bite-sized appetizers made with savory kielbasa slices, sweet pineapple, and tangy barbecue sauce — perfect for patriotic celebrations and party platters.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Toothpicks or small skewers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, honey, and garlic powder.
  3. Thread a pineapple chunk onto each toothpick, followed by a kielbasa slice.
  4. Arrange the bites on the prepared baking sheet.
