- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Divide dough into four equal parts and color each with a different food coloring.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and coat generously in powdered sugar.
- Place on prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes, until cookies are set but still soft in the center.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
