Description

This Spring Berry Parfait is a refreshing and colorful treat layered with creamy yogurt, crunchy granola, and a mix of juicy fresh berries. It’s quick to assemble and perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup granola

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the berries. Slice the strawberries if they’re large.

  2. In a glass or bowl, add 2 tablespoons of yogurt to form the first layer.

  3. Add a layer of granola (about 1–2 tablespoons).

  4. Spoon a mix of berries over the granola.

  5. Repeat layers until the container is filled, ending with berries on top.

  6. Drizzle honey on top if using.

  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

  8. Serve immediately for best texture.

Notes

  • You can use any combination of berries you like.

  • Swap in dairy-free yogurt to make it vegan.

  • Make it ahead by assembling without granola and adding it just before serving to keep it crunchy.
