- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
- 1 cup granola
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and gently mix. Set aside to macerate for 10 minutes.
- If using plain yogurt, stir in vanilla extract.
- In serving glasses or jars, layer 2 tablespoons of yogurt, followed by a spoonful of berries and a layer of granola.
- Repeat layers until the glass is full, ending with berries on top.
- Garnish with a mint leaf if desired and serve immediately for crunch, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
Notes
- Use any combination of seasonal berries.
- For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup.
- Assemble just before serving to keep the granola crunchy.
