Description

A refreshing and light dessert made with layers of sweet berries, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola – perfect for springtime indulgence.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
  • 1 cup granola
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and gently mix. Set aside to macerate for 10 minutes.
  2. If using plain yogurt, stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In serving glasses or jars, layer 2 tablespoons of yogurt, followed by a spoonful of berries and a layer of granola.
  4. Repeat layers until the glass is full, ending with berries on top.
  5. Garnish with a mint leaf if desired and serve immediately for crunch, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

Notes

  • Use any combination of seasonal berries.
  • For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup.
  • Assemble just before serving to keep the granola crunchy.
