Description

Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with a flavorful spinach and cheese filling, then baked to perfection. A healthy, protein-packed dish perfect for dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
  6. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from oven, let rest for a few minutes, then serve warm.

  • You can use frozen spinach—just thaw and squeeze out excess moisture first.
