- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine cheddar and mozzarella cheeses in a bowl.
- Spoon small mounds (about 1 tablespoon) of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, spaced apart. Flatten slightly.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes or until edges are golden and crispy. Let cool to firm up.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Once cheese crisps are cooled, top each with a small dollop of spinach dip.
- Serve immediately or chill for a few minutes for firmer dip texture.
Notes
- Ensure spinach is fully drained to prevent soggy dip.
- Use pre-shredded cheese for convenience, but freshly shredded cheese melts better.
- These are best served fresh, but you can refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
