- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in minced garlic, drained spinach, chopped artichokes, half the mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
