Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, drained spinach, chopped artichokes, half the mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
