- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, sour cream, and salt. Stir constantly until the mixture begins to boil.
- Continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Add marshmallow cream, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
- Quickly pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for 1-2 hours, then refrigerate until firm.
- Once set, cut into small squares and serve.
