Description
S’mores Rice Krispie Treats combine the gooey goodness of marshmallows with crispy cereal, rich chocolate, and graham cracker crunch for a no-bake treat that captures the essence of classic s’mores.

- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup graham cracker pieces
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (for mixing in later)
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
- Add the 10 oz bag of mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and immediately stir in the Rice Krispies cereal and graham cracker pieces until evenly coated.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then gently fold in the chocolate chips and 1 cup mini marshmallows.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan using a spatula or lightly greased hands.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- For extra gooey treats, use more mini marshmallows when mixing.
- Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to set quickly, but serve at room temperature.
- Use milk chocolate chips for a more classic s’mores flavor.
