Description

These S’mores Pudding Cups are a fun and easy no-bake dessert that brings all the classic campfire flavors into a creamy, layered treat. Perfect for parties, cookouts, or just a sweet craving, they combine chocolate pudding, crushed graham crackers, and toasted marshmallows in individual servings everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold milk

  • 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix

  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • Optional: chocolate chips, extra graham cracker pieces, or mini Hershey’s bars for topping

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cold milk and chocolate pudding mix until thickened, about 2 minutes.

  2. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.

  4. Spoon a layer of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of each cup or jar.

  5. Add a layer of chocolate pudding on top of the crumbs.

  6. Repeat the layers if your cup is tall enough.

  7. Top with mini marshmallows.

  8. Use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the marshmallows, or broil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

  9. Garnish with chocolate chips, extra graham cracker pieces, or a mini Hershey’s bar if desired.

  10. Chill until ready to serve.

Notes

  • You can use homemade pudding or fresh whipped cream if you prefer.

  • These can be made a few hours ahead and stored in the fridge until serving.

  • Use mason jars or clear plastic cups for a cute presentation.
