Description

These S’mores Bars are a delicious twist on the classic campfire treat, layered with graham cracker crust, gooey chocolate, and toasted marshmallows—perfect for a quick and easy dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
  3. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the condensed milk layer.
  5. Add a layer of mini marshmallows on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing into bars.
