These S’mores Bars are a delicious twist on the classic campfire treat, layered with graham cracker crust, gooey chocolate, and toasted marshmallows—perfect for a quick and easy dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the condensed milk layer.
- Add a layer of mini marshmallows on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing into bars.
