  • 1/2 avocado (Green Matcha Bowl only)
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Berry Banana Smoothie Bowl: Blend 1 frozen banana, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, and 1/4 cup nut milk until thick and creamy. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh berries, granola, and chia seeds.
  2. Tropical Mango Smoothie Bowl: Blend 1 frozen banana, 1 cup frozen mango chunks, 1/2 cup coconut yogurt, and 1/4 cup orange juice until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with sliced kiwi, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts.
  3. Green Matcha Smoothie Bowl: Blend 1 frozen banana, 1 cup frozen pineapple, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cup almond milk, and 1 tsp matcha powder until thick. Pour into a bowl and top with granola, sliced banana, and a drizzle of nut butter.
