This smoked salmon pasta salad is a refreshing, creamy, and satisfying dish perfect for warm weather or easy meal prep. Made with tender pasta, cold-smoked salmon, crisp veggies, and a tangy dill dressing, it’s full of flavor and comes together in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients

12 oz pasta (rotini or bow tie works well)

6 oz cold-smoked salmon, flaked

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup cucumber, diced

1/4 cup capers, drained

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream (or yogurt), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.

Add the cooled pasta to the dressing and toss to coat evenly.

Gently fold in the smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and capers.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

You can substitute smoked trout or cooked shrimp if you don’t have smoked salmon.
