- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise to the slow cooker and stir until smooth.
- Mix in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours or on high for 1–1.5 hours, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbly.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve warm with chips, crackers, or sliced bread.
Notes
- Add chopped jalapeños or green chiles for extra heat.
- Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter version.
- Try it with fontina or gouda cheese for a richer flavor.
