Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise to the slow cooker and stir until smooth.
  2. Mix in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours or on high for 1–1.5 hours, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbly.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or sliced bread.
