- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Place frozen meatballs into the slow cooker.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the meatballs and stir to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, until heated through and sauce is thickened.
- Stir before serving and garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
- You can use homemade meatballs instead of frozen if preferred.
