These Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Meatballs are sweet, savory, and incredibly easy to make. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or weeknight dinners, they simmer in a delicious honey garlic sauce that everyone loves.

- 2 lbs frozen fully cooked meatballs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, ketchup, soy sauce, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Place the frozen meatballs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them.
- Stir to coat all the meatballs evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl to form a slurry. Stir it into the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
- Continue cooking uncovered until sauce has thickened.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving if desired.
Notes
- Homemade meatballs can be used instead of frozen—just brown them first.
- Great served over rice or noodles, or as an appetizer with toothpicks.
- Adjust honey or soy sauce to suit your preferred balance of sweet and salty.
