- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

For Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a large bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Coat Beef and Potatoes: Add beef and potatoes to the bowl, stirring to coat everything evenly.
- Cook in Slow Cooker: Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
- Serve: Before serving, gently stir and garnish with fresh parsley.
