Description

Slow Cooker Coca Cola Chicken is a deliciously easy dish made with just a few ingredients. The chicken turns out tender, flavorful, and slightly sweet, perfect for a fuss-free weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Coca Cola (not diet)
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together Coca Cola, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  5. Remove chicken and shred or leave whole, then return to the sauce to coat.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • Use regular Coca Cola for best flavor—diet soda may affect taste and texture.
  • This recipe works well with chicken thighs too.
