Description

Tender and juicy slow cooker chicken breasts seasoned to perfection and cooked effortlessly for a healthy and versatile meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  3. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken.
  4. Pour the chicken broth into the slow cooker, around the chicken (not directly on top).
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  6. Remove the chicken, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice or shred as desired.

Notes

  • You can add fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme for added flavor.
