- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken.
- Pour the chicken broth into the slow cooker, around the chicken (not directly on top).
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Remove the chicken, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice or shred as desired.

- You can add fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme for added flavor.
