Description

A simple, healthy, and flavorful vegetable side dish made with sautéed zucchini and mushrooms, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced zucchini and mushrooms to the skillet.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
