- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup finely grated carrot
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 tablespoon raisins (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a small ramekin or oven-safe bowl with nonstick spray.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a blender or mixing bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Blend until smooth or stir well if not blending.
