- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage or slaw mix
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream, lime juice, and hot sauce (if using) to make the sauce.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
- Assemble tacos by adding a layer of slaw, cooked shrimp, avocado slices, and a drizzle of the sauce. Top with chopped cilantro.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
